01 SafePass Training

We are a SOLAS Approved Training Provider.  We provide SafePass Training in Dundalk and surrounding areas.

SafePass is a one day course which is compulsory under Irish legislation for all workers in the constructions and maintenance sectors.  Successful candidates get a valid SafePass card allowing access to construction sites and projects.

02 Manual Handling Training

Manual Handling Training is a legal requirement in Ireland, under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act (General Application) Regulations 2007.

03 VDU/DSE & Ergonomic Assessments

Display Screen Equipment Risk Assessment (DSE) are a legal requirement under the 2007 General Application Regulations.  The law states that the Employer is required to undertake Visual Display Unit (VDU/DSE) Assessment on all computer workstations where an employee will spend longer than an hour per day.

AB Safety can carry out risk assessments for each employees workstation and observe the employee in their normal work environment.  This will help identify any possible risks associated with incorrect use of VDU's.

Policies 

Event Cancellations

Please note to run this course we must have a minimum of 8 Learners, we make every effort to ensure we have 8 learners to run the course, but from time to time learners cancel or don’t turn up on the day.  If we have to cancel the course we will either refund you or reschedule you a place on another course.

Cancelling your booking

If you have paid the full amount €155, you must notify us you are cancelling your place at least 48 hours in advance of the course start time, otherwise the course fee will not be refunded.

If the course is cancelled or postponed by AB Safety you will be either offered a refund or we will reschedule you a place on our next course.
